Hurricane Helene Requests

If you cannot get here (due to road closures) or if you have a request about your booking, please fill out the form on this page. DO NOT CALL. DO NOT TEXT. Our voicemail box and text list fills up quickly. Due to the storm, we have had issues with phone service and cell service and have been stationed at the Andrews Chamber of Commerce this week to use their internet since ours isn’t working. The request you send here, will go into our email list, and allow us to take requests as they come in…AND have a written record of that request. We will refund you if you request it. DO NOT FILE A DISPUTE with your credit card company. Once that is done, we cannot refund you promptly (you have to wait for the dispute to go through). Thank you for being so patient during this natural disaster emergency.
